A believer of long life learner, Recently completed my study on Economic & Innovation Disruptive Strategy at Harvard Business School. She founded herself a Product Strategy workshop called The Process. The Process is an Indonesian based product workshop to facilitate young professionals who are curious and eager to amplify their skill sets in the Product world. With that, she supported few mentorship programs including adplist.org, Designed.org, IDF Indonesia, and Femme Palette.
Nurturing a long life passion for design, she is lucky enough to be able to work with various sizes of corporate and start-up since 2008.
She started her career in the creative industry as part-time designer in college and got introduced to Product while working for a grocery company called Happy Fresh. There, she was exposed to a lot of the process in product development, delivering a good User Experience Online & Offline till testing the impact of the product to users. Nothing comes without a price, she overworked herself in the company for 2 1/2 years and got completely burned out. Being in that state, she took herself a year break from the corporate world and started taking a lot of side gigs from creating web, mobile app, to designing product strategy for different clients and companies she got off Upwork and Sribulancer, a freelance site.
Yet this experience made her realize she wanted something more, the isolation of working on her own started to kill her and that's when she got herself a job in Qlue, a crowdsourcing citizen app that helped Indonesian government to hear the voice of the citizen on city issues, where she holds a title of Product Design Lead, creating strategies for a variety of smart city products. Today she is a Principal Product Design for Tokopedia. Her current day job includes building solution combining Product Strategy and Business Needs in various B2B & B2C Mobile Apps.

Tony Kim
ProtoPie / CEO and Co-founder
Hi, I am Tony! I am an interaction designer and a CEO and Co-founder of ProtoPie. When I was working as a designer in Google, the toughest challenge was the absence of an effective communication tool between developers and designers. So, my co-founders and I built 'ProtoPie', a simple and powerful prototyping tool, which can help designers to express their ideas without a single line of code. Now, ProtoPie is being used by thousands of individual UI/UX designers as well as companies including Google, Microsoft, BMW, DBS and many more, to bridge the communication gap between designers and developers. As a CEO of SaaS firm and as an interaction designer, I would like to share my insights and philosophy on UI/UX design.
The biggest achievement I have is ProtoPie. Our users are some of the world's most talented and imaginative designers such as Google, Microsoft, GoPro, BMW, Daimler..etc. With ProtoPie, you can connect your prototypes to different types of hardware leveraging a range of innovative technologies–from voice assistants to IoT. Before ProtoPie, I worked at Google as an interaction designer.
